As a part of the hot foods/deli departments, you would be an extension of the Richardson family & their priorities would be expected of you.
The hot foods/deli departments have many responsibilities, with the main focus on customer service.
Both departments require interaction with customers, taking & fulfilling orders, & handling food.
The skills needed to be successful in these department will be taught.
More experience & responsibility can be earned over time.
Food safety, friendly attitudes, promptness, cleanliness, & various other traits/skills are equally important for these departments.

Richardson Farms is open 7 days a week, 363 days a year.
The store's hours are 8am-6pm.
Work hours & shifts vary.
They are generally 8-10 hour shifts that may start as early as 7am or end as late as 7pm each day.
There are also opportunities to earn overtime.
Weekends & holidays are our busiest days.
The availability to work them is required.
Food service or customer service experience, while helpful, is not required.
The willingness to learn & grow with us, however, would be expected.
You will be trained & taught many skills for the food service & hospitality industry as necessary.
Responsibilities for the deli and hot foods departments are, but not limited to:
Deli Waiting on customers Using deli slicers Preparing Salads Brewing and serving drinks; coffee, iced tea, & lemonade Stocking deli cases with meats & cheeses Cleaning your workstation (cleaning slicers, cleaning refrigerated cases, putting food away, sweeping floors, wiping counters) Reliability teamwork Hot Foods Waiting on & interacting with customers Taking food orders Packaging prepared foods Setting up your workstation (packaging cornbread, prepping lunch boxes, stocking containers) Cleaning your workstation (cleaning food hot boxes, putting food away, sweeping floors, wiping counters) Reliability Teamwork Job Type:
