We are looking for a customer service representative/sales associate to join our team.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales store.
We expect our employees to provide a positive shopping experience for all of our customers.
Employees are expected to greet the customers with a friendly attitude.
We provide a fun and friendly working environment.
Our customers are our main priority, and our job tasks ensure our customer satisfaction.
We are looking for leaders with drive and initiative.
Professional leadership training is available upon being hired.
Some Job Responsibilities include:
Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
Engaging with customers through smiles and greetings, offering product information, providing selling suggestions and always giving a genuine thank you.
Focusing on providing fast and friendly customer service.
Accurately processing cash register transactions, inputting product costs, giving back change, processing checks, debit and credit cards.
Understanding the importance of and monitoring product pricing, signage, and placement and the use of product shelf tags and accompanying UPC codes.
Keeping clean, neat, and orderly check stands and work areas.
Helping maintain merchandise displays, including end-caps, floor displays and aisle displays.
Performs other duties as needed or assigned by management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to promote and market products, and answer customer questions.
Ability to work evenings and weekends, and holidays.
Ability to proactively greet customers, be friendly, professional, polite and helpful Ability to learn visual merchandising to create attractive displays and special Minimum
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to meet and deal with the public on a regular basis.
Demonstrate good verbal communication skills.
Must have the physical strength and endurance to move up to approximately 30-45lbs of cases of wine/beer/liquor.
Along with able to stand for your shift period.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn different products within the store Must be able to pass a background/Drug check.
