Responsibilities:
Work together with Technical Team:
Research client solutions, including required hardware and software for projects Collaborate with sales team:
Work closely with sales representatives to support the sales process and meet sales targets Partner with vCIO:
Identify client needs, prioritize proposal generation, and manage deadlines Manage procurement, licensing and warranty renewals:
Handle equipment acquisitions and ensure timely renewals Technical expertise:
Maintain a deep knowledge of products, services, and industry trends Address technical inquiries:
Respond to client questions and concerns, providing technical guidance and support Customer relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor Master ConnectWise Sell and ConnectWise Manage:
Utilize tools for efficient proposal generation and project management Additional Duties and

Train sales team:
Educate sales representatives on product features, benefits, and technical aspects Product demonstrations:
Conduct technical presentations and product demos for clients and prospects Product feedback:
Provide input to product development and engineering teams based on client feedback and market demands Create sales collateral:
Contribute to the development of sales materials, such as whitepapers, case studies, and technical documentation Continuous learning:
Stay updated on new technologies, certifications, and industry best practices to maintain a high level of expertise Attend industry events:
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to stay informed and promote the company's offerings Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, for client proposals and inquiries.

Educational/Previous
Experience:
